Oct. 2 Thursday: The Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General hosted a one-day Cyberbullying Forum. The whole day was exceptional I’d especially like to comment L.O.V., the Leave Out Violence Society presenters for facilitating a great interactive day.
Right after the Forum, I flew to Pentition.
Oct. 3 Friday:I had a relaxing day at the Federation of Aboriginal Foster Parents meeting. The lunch was very good and there was a youth present who really helped explain some finer tips on gaming during the SOLOS workshop. It was dry and warm and I had a good walk by the lake. If you’re looking for a place with good food, I’d definitely consider Salty’s Beach House, http://saltysbeachouse.com/ .
Oct.4 Saturday: I got up earlier than I usually do to catch the first flight back to Vancouver out of the Penticion airport. The photo above is walking across the tramack in Pentiction in warm rain. I got back to Richmond just in time to attend the BCCPA Awards Luncheon. But that’s another post.
